A simulated picking up day with Guns but without the feathers.

Harboro Rocks Simulated Game Days provide exciting and realistic drives for all Guns. With 15 Guns shooting 3 Drives, we've teamed up with my good friends over at Harboro Rocks to provide you with the chance train your dogs with Guns going off.

Dogs and Handlers will be tested on their Steadiness whilst the guns are shooting, and then work on their Hunting and Retrieving on challenging grounds with Marks, Memories and Blind Retrieves. Dogs may also  be required to tackle a variety of obstacles including stone walls, and pens.

Remote Dummy Launchers, shot and hand thrown dummies will be used throughout the day.

During the workshop, you and your dog will develop your static and hunting steadiness during each drive, with a chance to then test your dogs retrieving skills once the drive has finished - just as you would on a real Driven Shoot.

Your dog must have been introduced to and is with shot.

About the Day:

Starts at 9 with Breakfast at the Miners Arms in Brassington

The training day then runs:



10am - 2pm over at Harboro Rocks

The Day includes Breakfast, tea & coffee and 3 Drives, each followed by training and picking up simulation

Lunch is not included.

Cost: £95 per Handler / Dog - Training
