Tully

Labrador

Tully is the newest member of the pack and has such as sweet soul.

So far, Tully has completed the Paws & Play Gundog Puppy course and is currently taking part in the Pet Gundog Foundations.

She makes an appearance in the beginner classes helping to demonstrate exercises.

She's showing loads of working potential and I'm excited to see how far she goes.

Achievements:

None to date

Ellie

Working Cocker Spaniel

Ellie has become such a joy and now helps demo exercises in group classes and on the Online Courses.

She is a typical cheeky Cocker Spaniel, lovable yet manic, with loads of endless energy.

I can't wait to see where she takes me as at the age of 18 months she was demoing as part of a team of dogs and handlers at the CLA Country Fair., which is a big ask for such a young dog.

Achievements:

  • Completed the Gundog Club Grades 1, 2, 3 & 4

She'll be part of my picking up team when old enough, and if suitable, will be entered into working tests and scurries.

Hobbs

Labrador

Hobbs has been a great companion and working buddy, He's my little side kick at work  and is my demo dog for the Online courses.

We have demo'd as part of a team of dogs and handlers at the CLA Country Fairs & a couple of the local dog events such as Dogs Unleashed.

Achievements:

  • Completed all the Gundog Club Grades 1-5
  • Awarded 2nd place in a Novice Dog/Novice Handler (NDNH) Gundog Working Test
  • Awarded 2nd place in a Novice Gundog Working Test.
  • Achieved the Kennel Club Working Gundog Certificates on both Dummies & Game.

He's my picking up companion during the shooting season

Scarlett

Springer x Labrador

Scarlett was always full of beans, outgoing and was a working Gundog during the season, switching between a Springer and a Labrador depending on what side of the bed she got out of.

It was because of Scarlett, I got into the world of Gundog. I loved watching her work anbd loved the bond it gave us.

As well as working Scarlett, I also  took part in Scurries and even won a couple with her at Game Fairs.

When she wasn't not busy she did love having a cuddle.

Troy

Staffie x Labrador

Troy was Lindsay's first dog; a rescue with dog-dog reactivity issues.

Although he came with plenty of 'baggage', he was a real character and always brought a smile to your face and pleasure to be around at home.

It was because of Troy, Lindsay got into Dog training back in 2009.
